Each walk is tailored to your dog’s pace, personality and confidence level — ideal for dogs who prefer quieter outings, need consistency, or thrive with one‑to‑one support. Every new client begins with a free meet and greet so we can discuss your dog’s needs and set the service up in the best way for them. Solo Walks are perfect for dogs who enjoy focused attention, nervous or sensitive dogs, puppies building confidence, older dogs needing a slower pace, dogs in training, and those not suited to group walks. Your dog benefits from a calm, predictable walking environment, consistent reinforcement of good behaviour, mental stimulation, natural enrichment and improved confidence. For owners, Solo Walks offer peace of mind, reliability and a structured routine that supports your dog’s progress. To ensure safety, dogs must walk on‑lead, wear secure equipment, and be up‑to‑date with vaccinations. No behaviour evaluation is required — everything is discussed during the free meet and greet. Safety is always the priority. Walks include secure equipment checks, on‑lead walking unless agreed otherwise, long‑line options for dogs learning recall, and routes chosen based on your dog’s needs, weather and terrain. I monitor body language closely to ensure comfort and confidence throughout the walk. Dogs should be able to walk calmly on‑lead, respond to basic cues and follow the structure of the walk. If extra support is needed, I may recommend a slower introduction, the Loyalty Leash Programme or additional training options. Solo Walk clients also benefit from the loyalty card scheme: collect one stamp per walk and receive 20% off a walk of your choice when the card is full. A new card is issued automatically so you can continue saving. All Solo Walk clients receive a free meet and greet to discuss routines, understand your dog’s walking style and ensure the service is the right fit. The same applies to the Loyalty Leash Programme.
