Whether you’re a busy pet parent, working long hours, out for the day or simply need reliable support, I provide a behaviour‑focused walking service that keeps your dog active, enriched and emotionally balanced. If you’re looking for regular weekly walks, my Loyalty Leash Programme offers behaviour‑focused weekly walks with structure, savings and steady progress, plus consistent routines and trainer‑led support. Group Walks (up to 6 dogs) are ideal for social, confident dogs who enjoy exploring with others. These walks build calm behaviour, improve social skills and provide mental and physical stimulation. Dogs are matched based on temperament, energy levels and compatibility to ensure a safe, enjoyable pack. Solo Dog Walks are perfect for dogs who need one‑to‑one attention, a quieter walk or a personalised pace. They suit nervous dogs, reactive dogs, older dogs, puppies or dogs working on training foundations. Each walk is tailored to your dog’s needs, energy level and confidence, with routes and structure adjusted to support them. Household Dog Walks (2–4 dogs) offer a discounted option for multiple dogs from the same home. These walks support calm coexistence, shared enrichment and consistent routines. Neighbour or family dogs can join if compatible. Walks are structured around the group’s shared pace and needs to ensure safety and harmony. Solo Walk clients can also enjoy the loyalty card scheme: collect a stamp on each walk and receive 20% off a walk of your choice when the card is full. A new card is then issued to continue saving. Adventure Walks and Enrichment Outings are available for dogs who enjoy exploring woodlands, fields and nature trails. These outings offer natural enrichment, varied routes and confidence‑building experiences, ideal for energetic dogs or those who thrive on variety. Walks can be on‑lead, off‑lead with permission or on a long‑line for dogs still learning recall or needing safe freedom. Safety and behaviour are always prioritised. All dogs must be able to coexist calmly with others. Before joining group or household walks, dogs complete an evaluation, including individual introductions and gradual integration, to ensure a safe and balanced pack. Every new client receives a free meet and greet to discuss your dog’s needs, understand their behaviour and choose the right walking service.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth operation of BigpawsSmallpawsOutdoors, clients may cancel or reschedule this service at any time, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled walk. This ensures smooth planning and keeps everything running efficiently. Any late cancellation or late reschedule will be charged at the full Dog Walk rate. This policy prevents last‑minute disruptions and maintains the smooth operation of BigpawsSmallpawsOutdoors. 1. Meet & Greet Requirement: A free meet and greet is required before booking Dog Walks to ensure your dog’s behaviour, confidence level, and suitability for Solo Walks, Group Walks, Household Walks, or the Loyalty Leash Programme. 2. Behaviour, Safety & Management: I work with dogs of all behaviour levels, but Dog Walks require that your dog is safe and manageable for me to handle on‑lead and in outdoor environments. Dogs must be able to coexist calmly around others when joining Group or Household Walks. If at any point your dog’s behaviour or current management creates a safety risk for me, the dog, the group, or anyone else, I will pause Dog Walks and advise the training or management changes needed. Once your dog is safe, stable, and properly managed, Dog Walks can continue. 3. Service Scope: Dog Walks are behaviour‑focused outings tailored to your dog’s needs, personality, and confidence level. This includes Solo Walks, Group Walks, Household Walks, and structured weekly walks through the Loyalty Leash Programme. Walks may include enrichment, structured exposure, calm socialisation, confidence‑building routes, and safe exploration. These walks do not replace full training sessions unless arranged separately. 4. Payments: All Dog Walks must be paid in full before or at the time of booking. Late cancellations or missed walks are charged at the full rate. Discounts apply for multiple dogs from the same household and for clients using the Loyalty Leash Programme. 5. Environment & Access: Clients must ensure safe access to the property for pick‑up and drop‑off, and provide any necessary instructions for entry, alarms, gates, or equipment. Unsafe environments or equipment may result in the walk being paused or cancelled. 6. Safety Is Always The Priority: Walks include secure equipment checks, controlled introductions, planned routes based on weather and terrain, and constant monitoring of body language. Dogs must wear secure collars or harnesses and be up‑to‑date with vaccinations.
