Service Description

My Drop‑In Service is designed for owners who need reliable, flexible support without booking a full training session. This option is ideal for busy days, long shifts, or times when your dog needs structured care, guidance, feeding, or a confidence‑boosting visit while you’re out. Drop‑ins are tailored to your dog’s needs. I can provide enrichment, structured interaction, confidence building, basic training reinforcement, toilet breaks, feeding, or calm companionship. Each visit supports your dog’s routine and helps maintain good behaviour, stability, and emotional balance. This service is perfect for puppies, nervous dogs, reactive dogs, or dogs who benefit from trainer‑led interaction. Every drop‑in is carried out with clear communication, consistency, and an understanding of your dog’s behaviour and personality. Drop‑ins can also support ongoing training plans by reinforcing skills you’re already working on, helping your dog stay on track between sessions. A free meet and greet is required before booking this service to ensure your dog’s needs, behaviour, and environment are fully understood.

Cancellation Policy

All Drop‑In Services must be booked in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule, but a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required before the scheduled visit. This ensures smooth planning and keeps everything running efficiently at BigpawsSmallpawsOutdoors. Any late cancellation or late reschedule will be charged at the full Drop‑In rate. This policy prevents last‑minute disruptions and maintains the smooth operation of BigpawsSmallpawsOutdoors. 1. Meet & Greet Requirement: A free meet and greet is required before booking this service to ensure your dog’s needs, behaviour, and environment are fully understood. 2. Behaviour, Safety & Management: I work with dogs of all behaviour levels, but Drop‑In Services require that your dog is safe and manageable for me to enter the home and carry out the visit. If I feel a dog’s behaviour or current management puts me, the dog, or anyone else at risk, I will pause Drop‑In Services and recommend the training or management changes needed. Once the dog is safe, stable, and properly managed, Drop‑Ins can continue. 3. Service Scope: Drop‑In Services provide reliable trainer‑led support whenever your dog needs a visit. This may include toilet breaks, reassurance, water checks, basic settling, or agreed management tasks. These visits do not replace full training sessions unless arranged separately. 4. Payments: All Drop‑In Services must be paid in full before or at the time of booking. Late cancellations or missed visits are charged at the full rate. 5. Environment & Access: Clients must ensure safe access to the property and provide any necessary instructions for entry, alarms, gates, or equipment. Unsafe environments may result in the visit being paused or cancelled.
